Another thing that we learned about during this week's first EGD tutorial was the process of logo designing. One of the factors that we had to take account was the versatility of a logo.

I've attached a collage I made of a logo for the Italian car brand, Lamborghini, above. The Lamborghini brand is owned by Audi, which is a brand division of the Volkswagen Group. The Lamborghini logo is a perfect example of versatility as it is recognisable even without colour and as a smaller version. This logo is also memorable due to the golden bull which is what makes up most of the logo. Even if you take out the "Lamborghini" text, I'm sure I would still be able to recognise it. It is distinguishable from the other car brands which also use animals in logos like Peugeot, which makes use of a lion, or Ferrari and Porsche, which make use of a horse in their respective logos.
